Co-Trimoxazole Oral Suspension (Sulfamethoxazole & Trimethoprim)

Composition
When reconstituted, every 5 ml of oral suspension contains Trimethoprim 200mg and Sulfamethoxazole 40mg.

Indications:
Co-Trimoxazole Oral Suspension is indicated in children (>12 to <18 years old) and adults (>18 years old) for the treatment of the following infections when owing to sensitive organisms:
• Treatment and prevention of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonitis or “PJP”.
• Treatment and prophylaxis of toxoplasmosis.
• Treatment of nocardiosis.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container, protect from light.
